The Pelvic Floor - 6 weeks in the studio 6.30pm Tuesday
A 6 week yoga course with a focus on the pelvic floor.
6 consecutive weeks in the studio. Every Tuesday 6.30pm -7.35pm

Dates: 24th Feb, 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th, 31st March
In these classes we will be using a hatha yoga gentle flow to build strength in the whole body but with a special focus on the pelvic floor. This course will help create a long lasting understanding and awareness of the pelvic floor muscles, that you will take with you outside of the class. All genders welcome - everybdoy has a pelvic floor!
Practical details: There are three parking spaces available in my driveway (third person will block first two in) and there is always free parking on the road. There is a toilet available to use, as well as a water cooler with spring water. This is my house that myself and my partner live in so please respect the space.
If you know before booking that you cannot make it to one session, let me know and I will give you a code to take one session off the final price.
Maximum 5 people in the class.
This course needs a minimum of 4 people to run, so if I have to cancel I will refund you in total.
Please note: I am not a medical professional. You must look after yourself at all times and understand your own limits. I have BWY yoga teaching insurance and am First Aid trained.
